Hello, For more than twenty years I have been guiding doctors, counselors, therapists, psychologists, healers and teachers with their groups. |
We create a journey designed with and for you. While we have much to offer, we are uniquely available to listen to your dreams and desires and custom create what you would like. Great care is taken in creating a full but unhurried itinerary. Normally we stay in small and sweet, unique boutique hotels. While maintaining a closer support of the locals, this can also help to hold a quieter group focus. However, if you would rather, we can arrange for five star lodging. Your passengers would benefit from reading all of the Traveler's Information right away. But when they are signing on, the first thing they need is the following info: TO BE SURE WE CAN GET THE HOTEL RESERVATIONS WE WOULD LIKE FOR YOU, IT IS BEST TO GET STARTED ON YOUR LIST OF NAMES AS SOON AS YOU BEGIN PLANNING THE TRIP! We need ONLY your FIRST and LAST NAMES as shown on passport. Do not send us your middle names or add on last names, as they only confuse things when we reserve your in-country airline and train tickets. Also we’all need your PASSPORT number and country of issue as soon as you can, and again the sooner the better. Without it we can’t reserve your trains and planes. If you don't have a passport get started on it, the process MAY TAKE TWELVE WEEKS, although you can pay extra and get a passport rushed. DEPOSITS of $500 are due at least 3 MONTHS in advance of travel. Cancellations made with less than 3 months' notice are subject to a $300 fee. If Sacred Heritage needs to cancel the journey the full $500 will be refunded. FULL PAYMENT is due 2 MONTHS in advance of travel. Gather your passengers FLIGHT INFORMATION and send it to us as soon as possible.(see Payments and Deposits) When all the deposits have been collected they are to be sent via bank transfer to Peru at least 3 months prior to the travel date. When the full payments have been collected they are to be sent via bank transfer to Peru at least 2 months prior to the travel date. These transfers cost us on both ends so usually we only want to do this once or twice. Be sure to contact me (Alan) in Peru to inform me when and how much is being sent. |

YOUR PASSENGER PRICE So for example, a trip to Titicaca Traditions has the web price listed at $3,200. Your price for 7 or more passengers is $2,400 per person. For a smaller group of say 4 to 6 people, your price is $2,600 each. |

LARGE GROUPS You are free to add or subtract to you passenger's price, as you feel fit. But as the usual journey cost is posted on our web site, we suggest you make it clear to your passengers what you are doing to their price and why. Your journey fee is well below the normal cost. This covers just your basic travel expenses of hotels, transportation and entrance fees. To reduce this as low as possible we do not charge you our organization-operating fee or our profits (both obviously necessary from our full paying passengers). Further, as the group covers many of your expenses, this all boils down to an amazingly low price.
To help insure we have a full group, Sacred Heritage Travel would like to be able to help add passengers to your group (pending your approval) and your journey will be advertised on our web site along with your contact address.
