All along we will keep a running account in case you decide you'll like to spend more or less (in which case we return your funds). You can up grade or even choose to down grade your hotels. Perhaps you would like more time with your guides. The itinerary will show where there is the option for, and costs of, shamanic ceremonies.

Our guides will

    • meet you in each locale and take you to your hotel;
    • share a couple hours with you and show you around a bit, especially to our favorite restaurants and shops. More time can be requested with the guides at $8 per hour.
    • Then, before you leave, they supply you with the cell phone contact number of the guide to meet you in your next destination
    • and get you to your transportation with your ticket.

    Price includes

    • round trip domestic flights from and returning to Lima, with airport taxes.
    • the Machu Picchu train and entrance fees to the various ruins.
    • ground transport to your next destinations.
    • all lodging.

    Price does not include international flights to and from Peru.

Most hotels provide a light breakfast and while in the jungle or outback villages we provide all meals. Apart from this no meals are included. By your choices, this can offer a much less expensive way to travel.

Many transportation and lodging prices jumped radically during 2008. Hopefully these changes have settled down. However, even if your ‘full payment’ has been received, you may need pay for extra costs at any time as prices go up. If that is a problem, we can try to find some even less expensive arrangements.

Transportation times have been quite changeable lately. Our itineraries may need to suddenly change to keep up with the latest whims.
